Ravi Sagara

I am Ravikumar, based in Bangalore, with roots in Chitradurga District, Karnataka. I have been actively associated with Indian cricket management from October 2, 2007, spanning across four distinct phases:

  • 2007–2011
  • 2011–2015
  • 2015–2019
  • 2019–2023

Over the past 18 years, I have contributed to the Indian cricket ecosystem at the grassroots and professional levels, working to shape and build Team India with in-depth knowledge of the game and sports management. My contributions include providing strategic suggestions, guidance, and operational support in managing formats such as Test cricket, ODIs, and T20s. I have been actively involved in the series management, focusing on both performance and long-term vision.

My Core Philosophy

My core philosophy centers around instilling winning mindsets and championship culture in Indian cricket, particularly aiming for victories in subcontinental conditions. I strongly emphasize fast bowling combinations, adapting to pace and seam-friendly conditions, and building a team equipped for global competitiveness.

I hold a Diploma in Automobile and Mechanical Engineering with further qualifications in HR, Administration, and Project Management. My goal is to build a successful and impactful career where I can contribute my experience, leadership, and sports knowledge toward national development through sport.
